On February 7, 2025, the Red Dress Day<\/strong> event was held at the Cultural and Multimedia Center Bjelovar, a national initiative dedicated to raising awareness about stroke in women<\/strong>. \n \nAlongside the event organizer, General Hospital “Dr. An\u0111elko Vi\u0161i\u0107” Bjelovar<\/strong>, Bjelovar University of Applied Sciences<\/strong> also took part. Nursing program lecturers Sabina Bis and Ivan Pokec<\/strong>, together with students Veronika Lendel, Petra Poldruga\u010d, Lana Stubi\u010dar, and Lana Su\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, conducted educational workshops<\/strong>, including risk factor assessments, blood pressure, and blood sugar measurements<\/strong>. \ud83e\ude7a\ud83e\ude78 \n \nThe program included expert lectures<\/strong> from healthcare professionals, with a special focus on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, regular medical check-ups, and early recognition of stroke symptoms<\/strong>. \n \nMany citizens, students, and pupils supported the event, wearing red<\/strong> as a symbol of solidarity with those affected. \ud83d\udd34 The organizers expressed their satisfaction with the turnout and emphasized the importance of continuing such initiatives to educate the public and reduce the number of stroke cases. \n \n\ud83d\udca1 Red Dress Day is a reminder that taking care of our health and reacting in time can save lives!<\/strong> \ud83d\udc96<\/p>\n\n
