Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Distinguished Guests, and Friends, It is my great honour and privilege to welcome you to the 7th European Specialist Nurses Organisation (ESNO) Congress, held this year in the vibrant and historic city of Zagreb, 29-31 May 2025. Our gathering is not just an event but a significant milestone as we come together to address the most pressing issues of our time under the theme, “Green Future, Health Workplace: Nurse Specialist Leading the Way!”. In this congress, we focus on innovation, education, and recognition, with a special emphasis on creating a healthier environment for our patients, our communities, and ourselves.
